It was about time to start the hiking / mountaineering season this year. Nikolai invited me to join a group that was going to Tszil Mtn. The group turned out to be just Nikolai and Me.
We started at 6:30am from Vancouver. The snow starts from the parking lot. All (Joffre) lakes are frozen and passable. The weather was sunny, warm and from time to time windy. Perfect for this trip.
